Guys, with the earth dragon balls the only reason you can only be revived once is because you're not allowed to make the same wish twice. With the namekian dragon balls you can make the same wishes as many times as you like but you're only allowed to wish one person at a time. You may notice/remember they didn't say with the earth dragon balls wish goku back to life It was revive everyone killed by freiza and his men. Goku just happened to be included in that group. So there is all potentiality that he could've been killed by freiza and revived. Also not being funny have you seen the way he rises out of the water lol! It screams I just rez'd lol
