All my points are made as an independent with no formed opinion until facts are laid out in front of me. Once again, you seem like the irresponsible type who is too hasty to evaluate a situation before forming an opinion. Nope; you gotta look for the facts; they aren't going to be laid out in front of you; if that's the case, then you don't care about the case much at all, and are only posting to spite. I said pretty much the same thing as Pyro, and wolf, and then you single a member out—that's a 101 troll tactic, if I recall correctly. Aside from that, Zimmerman actually said that he shot the guy. Then, it's stated that the cops told him not to go anywhere. Also that he was a "self-appointed" neighborhood watch captain, and that he's had several altercations. Altogether, I don't think I need to lay anything out for a person who vehemently argues against something, and yet admits to know little to nothing about the case, and has to have something lain out to them. People whom argue hard about something they don't know much about are likely trolls. I haven't reported anything since asking mods to watch this topic. (I'm a snitch) EDIT: I feel as if I have to add this. Putting someone in jail is not stating that they are guilty. He needs to be put in jail because he shot and killed someone when the cops told him specifically not to go after the guy. So, no one here is judging at all by stating that he should be in prison right now. Anyone who is arguing against that is the worst (see, I'm complimenting a troll somewhere). You disobey cops, you get put in jail for it. You shoot someone who couldn't have matched the force you implied, you get put in jail for it. Straight facts. Even if the young man were to punch him repeatedly, the response should be punches, and it cannot be a gun. That's how self-defense works in a nutshell. I dont think after repeatidly getting ones head slammed into concrete could they pull out a gun and shoot. In most fights after 4-5 punches to the face when on the ground ends in TKO or KO, i cant imagine zimmerman being capable and therefor lying.

I've been doing a Criminology course as an elective and I recently read a rather disturbing research article. It said that 90% of crime stories that are reported are done so without any substantial evidence to back them up. That's ridiculous frankly. Either way, i'm not looking to get into an argument about this or to dispute anything that you've read or what's been said or witness testimonies (like I said, I haven't read them). Just a little note to be cautious of media reports.

Big hoopla about it, plus they are KEEPING the focus on the race issue, even though no one is really buying it anymore.
