Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	After fixing up some stuff, I change my mind. I'd honestly say that Cell Jr would take this. I now believe that Gotenks got the real big boost after the training, and now after revising my numbers I have Base Goten (post-rosat) quite below Piccolo's level, who is probably almost or at Cell Jr. tier by the Buu Saga. Now, I don't have any base Saiyans at this point above Piccolo. So if Goku's base is lower then Piccolo's, then Goten as sure as hell couldn't beat Piccolo in base. Base Goten (post-rosat)<<Base Goku (Buu Arc)<<Piccolo (Buu Arc)~Cell Jr. Base Goten is stomped by Cell Jr .....unless, of course, Goten went SSjin, which isn't the case here.
