I am making history! My first serious Dragon Ball versus! :D so yeah, who wins? I was watching a few episodes of Dragon Ball and Tao seems overpowered, so would Korin be able to help Goku, if not, throw in Krillin.

which power boost are you referring to?

the REAL one? or the zenkai goku got from being shot with the dodonpa and healed by korin?

either way...after climbing korins tower and his speed training? goku overpowered tao hardcore. Even when tao himself ran up the tower and gained power from doing it.

The rest of the z fighters did the same thing.

So in effect this has already happend. Goku won, after his training with korin.

However tao was stated to be strong enough to kill korin when he reached the top. So....it would be goku anyways.

The Boost Goku got after fighting Korin for the water.

Karin only admitted 22nd Budokai Son Goku surpassed him, so Tao wouldn't stand a chance against both of them let alone one of them.

korin implied that tao could INDEED kill him and could take on goku if he let tao run down the tower and get even stronger. so no, goku was the only shot korin had of keeping tao on a leash.

Besides, that was just training for goku after his zenkai. Thats the real kicker. The water was fake anyways.

Agreed with Mysterious9001. Karin-sama would smack Tao Pai Pai's head off with his tail.

Karin-sama merely said that Son might've surpassed Muten Roshi after he defeats Tao Pai Pai, and only says that he has been surpassed after Son's fight with Piccolo Daimao.

The Anime DOES imply that Karin-sama can't beat Tao Pai Pai... but it later goes on to imply that Karin-sama might be able to beat 40% Old Piccolo Daimao.

yes, just a second.

it didnt happen in the manga, but it did in the original db anime, japanese version, so its obviously continuity filler to make it seem more interesting. Im sure AT had a hand in using that for the show.

Well, I wouldn't follow filler from that. I mean, sure the original anime is pretty reliable, but that's only when it comes to having statements from the manga accurate.

but toriyama put most of the input for filler into the show, sometimes it can be deemed reliable when its filler made specifically for preserving continuity. However. It could have been a way for AT too add to his story what could have been.

animes ALWAYS defer from the manga i know but... this guy had a lot of say dealing with the filler for the original animation. IMo it would have been better if tao HAD gone up the tower, makes for a better story.
