Roshi's Kamehameha leaves dust after it hits. 21st Budokai Max Power Roshi (Original Kamehameha) vs. 23rd Budokai Goku

Yeah, whatever @Puccio The Saibamen destroy him effortlessly. Only one of them was said to be on par with Raditz Two Saibamen vs. Piccolo Jr. (vs Raditz) and Goku (vs Raditz) and Enraged Gohan (vs Raditz) and Krillin (beginnning of DBZ) and Tien (beginning of DBZ)
