The next poster will decide the winner, optionally give a few statements to back it up, and then pit the winner against another character. This continues with the next poster, until we see who the strongest character is. Hypothetical characters are allowed, but keep it limited to DB, DBZ, and DBGT. Try to keep the chain of progression from characters logical. Which means, try not to use an overkill match that will take it from DB characters to DBZ or DBGT characters, as once you use a very strong character such as that, it raises the probability that many characters will be skipped Don't go overboard with hypothetical characters (ie: LSSJ4G3 Mystic Majin Super Boo w/ Vegito absorbed would be considered overboard) OK, to start off: Kid Goku (Start of DB) vs. Videl (Boo Saga, flight and ki blasts not allowed) NOTE: The goal is to have a logical chain of progression. As of right now, we so far have: Videl<Kid Goku (Beginning of DB)<Chiaoutzu (22nd Budokai/Suffering Heart Disease)<Kaioken x2 Hercule<Kid Chichi<Chiaoutzu (22nd Budokai, healthy)<Korin Edited by Nimbo-Bimbo lord of all noobs, Mar 18 2012, 01:58 PM.

Daiz gives her a PL of 130 at 23rd Budokai, and iirc, she was a teenager at the time, but she couldn't have gotten so much stronger than since when she was a kid Kid Chichi vs. Chiaoutzu (22nd Budokai)

I have them about equal in terms of PL, but Roshi is winning in intelligence and technique, so he takes it. Roshi (Max Power) vs. Chichi (23rd Budokai)

Posts: 2,687 Group: GTFO Member #6,954 Joined: November 6, 2011	Hercule stomps. I have his PL as 8 (60% stronger than the average human, 20% weaker than Kid Goku), so his PL would go to 160 Hercule (Kaioken x20) vs. Roshi (Original Kamehameha)
