Why did it say that Piccolo and Goku's Power levels rose when they took off their weighted clothing? Doesn't the scouter just read the energy output of the person? Unless they increased their power as they were taking the weights off or the weights had some sort of ki limiter, how does it make sense? |

Whoa, I never thought about that. I think that the more strain on your body, the less ki you can put out? Because the scouter should measure ki output and convert it into a number, so when they take of their weights, there is less strain on their body, and they can put out more ki. |

wearing weights constricts the muscles and nerves, which ki flows through. taking off the weights allows those muscles and nerves to expand, allowing greater ki flow. |
