I think that is a fair assessment. Goku doesn't think if he and Gohan fused they'd be able to win without SSjin using the fusion dance so Gogeta's base is always going to be weaker than SSjin3 Gotenks imo.

Base Gotenks far surpassing his old SSj made him reeeally powerful with my SSj multiplier (x10), which by default means Super Buu is too. If it's movie Gogeta then I guess it depends if Movie 12 Goku is anime haxxed or not. Edited by Clearin, Mar 2 2012, 04:39 PM.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	I see SS2 Gogeta completely stomping Super Boo. Like I've said before I see Gogeta's power to be One level behind Vegetto's power. (I.E. If Gogeta and Vegetto battle, and Vegetto is MSS, then I see Gogeta needing SS2 to win...but barely).

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball/Z/Super, Naruto/Shippuden, One Piece, Hellsing, Death Note	In my analysis of Gogeta vs. Vegito, I pointed Gogeta's power as somewhere above Ultimate Gohan's. Considering Ultimate Gohan was absolutely trashing Super Boo, and SSj Gogeta was stronger than Ultimate Gohan, and this is now SSj2 Gogeta... Gogeta blinks at Boo and he dies. Gogeta could flatten him in SSj as well. Maybe not base, but, definitely SSj/SSj2.

Posts: 602 Group: Member Member #7,200 Joined: January 15, 2012	Personally, I have Gogeta slightly above Gotenks-Boo and I use a 1.5x SSJ multiplier for SSJin2 Fusions, so SSJin2 Gogeta would win.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball/Z	Well, I think I'll elaborate from my previous post. Elder Kaioshin says; Elder Kaioshin: “Idiot, it’s because it was those two that they were able to go so far. Two of the top 3 masters in both the living world and afterlife have merged, after all. What’s more, two rivals have joined together. That’s definitely strongest.” In the context I think he is clearly saying that a potara fusion between Vegeta and Goku was the strongest possible outcome between a fusion of any of the Z senshi. So IMO Vegetto>Gokan(potara). Now earlier on Goku seriously doubted a fusion between himself and Gohan beating Gotenks-Boo without SSjin(and this is after Elder Kaioshin says Potara>fusion dance). Elder Kaioshin then states that a hypothetical base Gokan(potara)>>Gotenks-Boo. So overall it should go Gokan(potara)>>>Gokan(Goku's estimation of potara)>Gokan(fusion dance). To some it up I cannot see base Gogeta near Gotenks-Boo at least. His SSjin could be within Gotenks-Boo's range but even that's doubtful.
