Google Favourite Manga Flame of Recca/ DBZ	Bardock's power was at around 10,000 after the zenkai. Nappa fought Goku when Goku's power level was "OVER NINE THOUSAND!" and was losing. Both of them are under 10,000 but where exactly is unknown. My guess it that Nappa might have been a little stronger because both Nappa and Bardock fought in the Saiyajin Army, but Nappa was the General while Bardock only had his few soldiers. Both had their own elite soldiers, but Nappa's were 'King Vegeta's Elite'. And when they had to send Prince Vegeta off planet, it was Nappa who went to guard/train with him. So I will say Nappa. Post Zenkai Bardock would win, but Nappa is a little stronger than Pre Zenkai.
