I may not deserve to live, but I will protect those in my reach with my reverse blade!

It depends on the context, that simple.

I don't know. A lot of things white people do are racist even if we don't realize it.

Sparking!

If you feel like you're treating someone differently than how you would normally treat someone then I fail to see how you would remain oblivious.

Yeah it's just a word to me, I use it on Xbox and around my friends. The thing is, in my chemistry class the blacks are racist to each other and stereotyping themselves. Like the one was like "Yo man yuh need tuh take uh class in black man 101 and learn to support a family, yah dum n*gger!". Then the other ones like "Boy ur skins darker than mine hehheeh".

The one acted normal while he was 1 of the five black people in my school but this year a ghetto school got closed and some kids came over. I've noticed their loud and obnoxious together but when alone they act normal.

LOL, everybody gets rowdy with the good ole boys, 37 lamas, its true with everyone, Im black of course, but im also multiracial. Al ittle chinese and native american. Some of the loudest people ive seen together, are vietnamese. man they talk loud. But in the end its true about everyone. Even people you think are quiet, get wild around their friends.

alot of blacks are boisterous and social. Almost to a fault. One of our stereotypes also.

Acting normal is subjective anyways, what do YOU deem normal? do people think you are normal?

I don't see the white privilege as much as others. Where I live, it's the other way around, unless you're specifically trying to seek out places or people that would do anything "white privilege-ish."

I think it all boils down to the fact that anyone CAN use the word, but then they need to suffer the consequences from that usage. WHAT the consequences are however, is dependent upon what demographic the person using the word is.

For example; when a man calls a woman a *****, he is seen as a chauvinistic, unintelligent pig.
When a women calls her girls "bitches", she is not lynched as the man probably would be, but there is still an air of ignorance and crassness about her.

The same could be said for the N word in its own respects. Anyone can technically say the word, but they will definitely look worse for it. However, if the person is actually in the group that the word targets, they just look sliiighhhtttllyy less bad.

In my opinion though, looking bad at all for using such unnecessary words is enough motivation to not use them. :/

thats funny, you struck me as hispanic, however, having white privilege is usually just noticeable on the surface. The real world doesn't give privilege to anyone.

Its mainly just america and how it came to be, every race so far has had their own chance to run the world.

Africans had a huge chunk, asians had a huge chunk, the romans ran the game for 30 centuries. 3000 years.

the brits rose up out of sherwood forest and the vikings from valhalla to take over the seven seas.

Those who control the ocean control the world.

The world is as its always been, only this huge continent that went undiscovered officially until about 700 years ago changed the game.

otherwise you could travel the world on foot. and go everywhere, its all connected. LOL.

It's an evolving word, much like the word "gay" has gone from meaning carefree or happy to being both an insult/something kids use to describe something they don't like and also a sexuality, except this one has gone from negative to positive.

I actually think it's good that black people use it between themselves in a friendly way all the time. They took a horrible word and are making it a better one. I try not to use it because it's still not publicly acceptable, but stay in any Xbox Live party with a bunch of black friends for awhile and it'll come out of your mouth eventually. The black friends in question didn't mind when I did because they knew there was no negative connotations behind it when I said it.

There's a huge difference between the original N word and "nigga". The second word (usually said like that, not like the first) has become something else entirely. I'm okay with that. The way I see it, racial slurs dying out or becoming a non offensive word can only be a good thing. The sooner the original meaning of the N word dies out, the faster we can move on as a society. No self respecting person should let themselves be offended by something as idiotic as a racial slur in the first place. They only highlight the ignorance and close-mindedness of the person that uses them.

I'd be okay with that, as long as everybody could say it.

 exactly WHICH variation are u interested in expressing? cause it sounds like you dont have any problems with it already, if you're being oppressed by other whites then you should include that in your statement. Not leave it open for interpretation, cause you already stated your black friends dont have an issue, so whats yours??

His meaning is obvious. He would be okay with people using it if everyone was allowed to use it instead of only certain people being oppressed for it.

I don't use it, so I don't care. Other people can use it if they want to. Excessive use of it makes them seem like an idiot, though, especially if they're using it offensively. Same with any other word.
