Butterfly King, b***.

So in Future Trunk's time everyone is dead but very few because of the androids, but shouldn't of Bobbity come to earth by then? Trunks was what 16 or 17 when he went back in time? But after the cell saga he was what 7 when Bobbity came to earth after the cell saga. So should've Buu killed the Androids and the rest of the people on earth?

Perhaps Babidi didn't come to earth because of a lack of beings to draw energy from. By that time world population was pretty low and Trunks has only a tiny fraction of the power needed to revive Majin Buu, so perhaps Babidi wanted to wait until the earth rebuilt itself so there would be enough energy to revive Buu.

EDIT: ^^ yeah

Buu was successfully summoned was due to the massive energy contributions made by Gohan, Goku and Vegeta. Babidi probably left Earth after seeing that it was mostly a scene of devastation after what the androids did, hardly a place he could extract enough energy to revive Buu.

also, just a nit-pick, the title should be 'would have' not 'would of'. I know it sounds similar when some people say it like would 'ave.

Super Saiyan among Super Saiyans

This is probably, scratch that, absolutely not what happened but could be a possibility considering that Future Trunks never came back in time in the canon. Babidi did come to Earth but was not at all pleased with the power readings so he simply dug up Buu and at the advice of Dabura waited for time to pass. After Future Trunks decimates the androids and Cell, Babidi picks up the power reading and sends Dabura and the rest to ambush him having grown impatient. After putting up a decent fight, Future Trunks is inevitably defeated and drained of all his power. Not filled to capacity, the tank is at approximately 25 percent. Frustated, Babidi uses a spell to revive the unconscious Trunks and has him imprisoned in one of those fake world places that real time line Goku and gang had fought in. Once his energy was replenished, Trunks was drained again except this time he didn't survive having been through the excruciating process twice in a row. The tank being at only 50 percent, Babidi is overcome with rage and in desperation drains all his minions. With no minions to fight, Kaioshin makes his way down to the bottom level easily enough only to beaten by Dabura and then drained. The tank now stands around 80% full. Babidi then proceeds to paralyze Dabura to drain his energy for the tank. Full at last, Majin Buu springs out. Before humanity was wiped out completely, Fat Buu grew tired of Babidi's ordering him around and kills him. With nothing to do and no one to stand in his way, Majin Buu went from planet to planet turning them into chocolate, eventually eating the entire universe like it was a chocolate sundae. It's a fairly dark scenario, but it just came to my head so I decided to write it down.
We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

The real question is why didn't Babidi have Dabura volunteer some energy? Dabura could fill it to max after 2, maybe 3 energy draining sessions and baboom, no need to lure anyone to drain their energy.

That is a worthy plot-hole.

Probably because of the excitement Dabura would have gotten from that. I'm not going to go into details but I hope you know what I'm implying. Just look at the guy.

He wanted someone to protect him at all times? My only guess haha but yes it is a worthy plot hole.

It would've taken a lot longer if you believe Son Gohan was only a Super Saiyan during their fight.

If Buu was buried on Earth for thousands of years, my thought has always been that the Androids in the future unknowingly destroyed Buu in his cocoon while leveling a city/otherwise destroying stuff for fun. We have no evidence to suggest that destroying Buu's cocoon would awaken Buu besides speculation by Kaioshin.

The real answer is that Toriyama wasn't planning to continue Dragonball after the Androids/Cell saga. So any fanon answer takes care of it. :p

the androids probably killed babidi. once babidi was dead, dabura would just go home, since he has no reason to stick around on earth.
list of canon sources:

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

list of non canon sources:

everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality.

for those that blindly follow word of god

This is my guess too. Babidi probably just moved on to other planets and figured it would be better to come back a later time.
