I've given my estimates. Andriod Arc: All pre-3 Years training characters vs all post 3-Years training characters: Many, many folds. Androids 19&20 base power vs Base&Super Saiyans: 3-4x>base saiyans, 1.5-2x<super saiyans. Piccolo's suppressed power vs Base Saiyans: At least equal to Base saiyans, 1.5-2.5x>base saiyans max. 20(base) vs 20(energy absorbed): ~50% increase. So many multi-folds in fact that I am starting to believe that Ascended Ssj is 3x Ssj, Ultra Ssj is 5x ssj, and Ssj2 is 10x Ssj, and Buff Cell is 5x his Full Power. Given that Gohan and Cell both tank heavily multiplied attacks at various points it's apparent that those Ssj multipliers can't be between 1-2x like SEG says.
