I thought about baby Goku,If they send him to destroy population of earth on full moon with 10x power up,I thought that he must had a power level at least of 25.It's not like that he could to that with power level of 2,he than will be just 20 in oozaru form  And after zenkai Bardock had power level about 10000. It was stated that baby Goku had a power level of 2. It was also stated that Bardock was "close" to 10,000...not exactly. |

They thought the Humans were weak that's why they sent Goku. And Bardock sould be around 8,500, not 10,000. |

And they have not thought about the option that after first time Kakarot become's oozaru people from earth will kill baby Kakarot?Also,maybe someone knowed about saiyan's,and will do anything that significant threat to the planet be killed before before it grow up and become stronger.Saiyans risked a lot,quite easy to let one member of their race to be maybe killed knowing that there wasn't really many Saiyans,they were small population. |

I'm pretty sure Raditz states that they only send babys to really weak planets, they thought the Earth was a weak planet, and at the time, it was. |

But,baby with power level of 2,and could transfrome to oozaru and had power level of 20 would be stoped,Earth have a scientists,Eart have quite respectable army http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_d21onYWjY Ok,It was before,maybe just maybe army wasn't so strong and with so good technology,but c'mon,baby with power level of 2 and max. power level 20,will be stoped in the start when starts' destroy cities. One of the options is that when people see that oozaru become a baby will put that baby in some medical Institute or something like that. Maybe when baby Goku transforme to oozaru become's stronger than 20,there's no logic that giant monkey with blast atack have so small power level. Otherwise,he could't destroy people from Earth,no way. And how Saiyans think that Goku will be back on planet Vegeta,he doesn't know that he is a Saiyan,he doesn't know anything about space-ship,he is sent on Earth as soon as he was born. |

The Saiyans would have probably came back for him. And Oozaru Goku would have been more than enough to wipe out the Humans, and because Earth has a Moon, he could keep transforming until the deed has been done. Baby Goku: 2. 2 x 10 = 20. With power of 20,he would be killed when he show's his destructive intentions,there was humans with greater power than that,and I'm pretty sure that army like that against Cell could kill someone with power lovel of 20,and what will be when the moon goes down and people see that this giant oozaru is just a baby? Saiyans underestimated people of Earh,baby Goku with power level of 2 and oozaru form with power level of 20 would be stoper after first time he transform to oozaru. |

The Saiyans were too cocky, they underestimated everybody, but Oozaru Baby Goku could have defeated the Humans. |

Isn't it possible that they assumed he wouldn't actually start trying to wipe out the planet for a few years? A baby, even a Saiyan one, presumably has little control over their muscular functions. I doubt they intended him to start fighting until he was at least a toddler, by which point (assuming he kept his violent Saiyan nature) he would have not only grown in power naturally, but had combat experience with local wildlife. Even a small increase from 2 to 27 would be enough to eliminate the population of Earth, barring the fact that the Saiyans were not anticipating a Namekian living on the planet. |
