What would happen to them in the Frieza Saga? What would happen to them in the Androids Saga? What would happen to them in the Cell Saga? What would happen to them in the Buu Saga? Will they become useless like most of the others? If so, when? And what will happen to them in GT? |

I can't imagine either of them being good or powerful let alone super saiyans. Raditz wouldn't be able to see past his hair and since Nappa doesn't have any hair, the top of his head might spike up lol

Raditz has potential, but Nappa is such an idiot that he would most likely be killed off before they even encountered Freeza. If Raditz could manage to gain a good amount of strength, I think he could be a great help. |

They're still SAIYANS, I believe Raditz could at least be more help than Krillin, Yamcha , and Tien if he honestly changed his heart and wanted to help. Also, being Goku's brother! Maybe end up around Piccolo's level or higher. (Just my opinion.)

Well, since Raditz is related to someone who has a huge amount of potential, I can see Raditz being pretty important in the Cell Saga, but in the Buu Saga, he'd be fodder. Not like Piccolo, but a bit more like Vegeta. |

Raditz definitely could become a major fighter throughout. Remember that he's Goku's brother and he was stronger than Goku when they first met. Vegeta was in a similar situation when he first met Goku, then he and Goku turned out to be the two greatest warriors of the z fighters. I didn't like Nappa much and his henchmen status beneath Vegeta makes me feel like he'd turn out to be one of the lemmings of the group like Tien or Yamcha. I'd bet that if Nappa or Raditz were around they'd probably be pushy on Goku, letting Vegeta get them into fights that are too much for them but always coming back in the end. This all assuming they were added as z fighters of course. |

Nappa was in charge on the whole Saiyan army. He must have been a great warrior. I think both he and Radditz would go very far. |

It would honestly depend how much they trained, if they achieved Super Saiyan, and if they could at least surpass Super Saiyan. Raditz was way stronger then Goku during the beginning of the Saiyan Saga, so I'd assume if he trained like Goku (not relying on Zenkai and actually training in extreme conditions) he'd be really useful. I think they would have been pretty useful in the Buu Saga for Fusion, as long as they at least had obtained SS2 by then... but, there's always that problem with Saiyans and cockiness, which really held Nappa back against Goku (of course, Vegeta basically surpassed this limit, but not until after the Cell Games or the Buu Saga...) In terms of how strong they could be if given the right training and circumstances, Nappa could potentially be a little or considerable weaker than Vegeta while Raditz could be on par with Vegeta & Goku simply because of his blood heritage. But I don't see that happening. Potentially speaking the humans could have been on par with the saiya-jins if given the right training, Kaio-Ken & improved versions of all their techniques (including Kaio-Ken itself) but simply Akira didn't want that, and I'm afraid that would also happen to these two saiya-jins. I see Raditz being killed either by Nappa/Vegeta at their arrival or at Namek by Freeza's main forces (Dodoria, Zarbon, Ginyu Tokusentai...), it would be fit if he died against Recoome trying to protect Gohan, or trying to prove his worthy against the General & Prince. For Nappa, he'd be destroyed at Freeza's Saga for sure, by whom I do not know. Maybe a duel against Vegeta himself, for deserting him at Earth? Anyway, that's my opinion, they'd just be used as tools to show how powerfull the next saga enemies are, like the humans were used as. |

The humans couldn't have ever been on par with the Saiyans. After a while humans reach a certain point that they can't pass, unlike Saiyans, and the Saiyans grow stronger quicker and have transformations (that's what happened to Krillin, he just couldn't keep up) Besides, I'm not even sure if humans could take a Kaio-Ken past 10, or if they could take 10 to begin with. I gotta disagree with you, the saiya-jins have more advantages than most races (Oozaru, Zenkai and SSJ) but no races were ever implied to hit a maximum Power Level where they don't get any stronger no matter how much effort put into training. It is true saiya-jins grow faster in power but that's mainly because of zenkais which gives them enormous boosts from time to time. The humans never trained in intense ways (under gravity, using the RoSaT...) so naturally they would gain power much more slowly as opposed to Goku and Vegeta for example, who knew how to make the best of their training time. The only time they did train at higher gravity (10x at Kaio's Planet) they gained a colossal power boost, arguably. They also gave up after a certain point. I believe those two facts together are AT's influence. Some people will argue that Tenshinhan got really powerfull by EOZ as he was the only one training still. Also, I am sure Kaio-Ken could be upgraded and learned by the humans and Piccolo, one of the only advantages (combat-wise) they have over saiya-jins is their technique mastery, they invented more complex techniques than the saiya-jins. Honestly, I don't remember at any point being stated that Kaio-Ken x20 was it maximum, the more Goku grew stronger, the higher he could use it. |

Nappa gets killed pretty fast, probably in the Frieza saga. I'd say he gets to about the power of Captain Ginyu and gets killed by first form Frieza. Now, Raditz would actually be interesting. Here is a timeline I see: Saiyan Saga: Lets say he gets out of the way in time and Goku gets killed. He realizes the error of his ways, and becomes like the green power ranger of the Z team (if Piccolo wasnt already). He trains, raises his powerlevel to around 7,000. Through his time training, he starts to warm up to the earth and its people, starts to care. He shows up to the battle after contemplating what to do for his own benifit (still not 100% good). His "good" moment happens, and he decides to join the fight. At this point, the Saibamen, Yamcha, Piccolo, Tien, and Chaoitzu are dead. This would lead into a long and intense battle with Nappa and Raditz, Raditz's biggest victory and defining moment of the series. There would be a lot of good back and forth banter between Raditz and Nappa, with Nappa talking about how low class and pathetic Raditz is, etc. Raditz actually manages to eek out a victory over Nappa, proving his self worth. After this, Vegeta toys with and absolutly slaughters a weak and tired Raditz. Goku saves him from being killed, and Raditz is basically out for the rest of the battle. Post-Saiyan Saga: Raditz is now a semi-good guy, and has somewhat of a relationship with Goku and Gohan. He decides to go on the Namek trip because he is the most knowledgeable, and has a personal vendetta against Vegeta and Frieza. Will continue later. |

I don't see either Raditz nor Nappa reaching Super Saiyan because the only reason Goku and Vegeta were able to reach it was because they were push to the brink of life and death and had the will to push on. I just don't see them ascending to that level of power. They could become as strong as Goku on Namek when just manhandled the Ginyu Force but not much more. |
