Yes, she should. There's no reason Bra shouldn't have inherited all their powers. Gohan's daughter might be able to, depending on if you think he could still use the form after Elder Kaioshin's power-up.

Pan has the potential to turn Super Saiyan, but she doesn't because she has never been in a situation which can trigger the transformation(for example, the death of a close friend, which was Goku's trigger) Edited by brolyeuphyfusion, Jan 20 2012, 01:05 PM.

Posts: 9,150 Group: Member Member #5,265 Joined: September 24, 2010 Gender Not Specified Favourite Anime dragonball/z/gt/movies What Browser do you use? internet explorer or firefox	at the end f the series, pan was implied to be more powerful than goten and trunks at the minimum, and at the maximum maybe even stronger than vegeta. as to whether she can transform or not, she was never shown as an ssj because Akira Toriyama never figured out how to draw a female ssj, as stated in an interview. this could mean one of 2 things. 1. off panel, she was already an ssj, but was never seen using it because we never see her in a situation where she needs it. 2. she inherited old kai's magic through gohan, and doesn't need to transform to access her true power. either way, at full power she's a mid-to-high tier saiyan at the time of her appearance. as for bra, she should also be stronger than goten or trunks at the time of her appearing, but bulma wouldn't allow her to enter the tournament, and she was too young for vegeta to train her, so we never get to see what she can do.
