Season News and Summary:

Normally when you see a team doing poorly like this its because the coach is bad or the players are bad but wait didn't they just hire Spagnuolo when they were getting crushed and had him pull them out of a rutt? Didn't they just draft a future all-star QB? On a personal note, I think Sam Bradford is going to be an amazing QB one day. He's going to be elite like the top 5 tier type QB with or without amazing pieces around him. he will make everyone better one day. Back to wondering what the heck happened. This team was projected to take the lead and take the division with ease. The projects were set so high because people had no faith in Seahawks because they thought it was a fluke year and without Hasselbeck they weren't going anywhere far. People didn't think that Kolb was the answer in Arizona but hey they have plenty of talent in just about every other position there. And finally the most unexpected thing happening....Noone knew that a genius like Harbaugh would take an overshadowed/underrated team to the playoffs the way he did but people didn't expect great things from any team BUT the Rams. The Rams have everything they could ask for in terms of promise and potential.

So what happened? Was it the newly drafted players like Bradford, Quinn, Chris Long or Kendricks? Nah not really. What about the newly acquired Alexander, Amendola, or Brandon Lloyd? nah injures hurt them but they only helped the team for most part. It surely couldn't have been the legend Steven Jackson. Who knows how long that man will run his heart out for this team. Even after 8 years nearing that 30 year stump when they wanted to find relief for him he said he didn't need it at all. So what was it? Rosenbloom thought it might be the HC, Spagnuolo. Amazingly enough after only 3 years they let him go and gave McDaniels back to the Patriots like it was nothing. So it was easily foretold that Rams wanted something new to be established so they can get things on the right track. Who they hired? Jeff Fisher, is it the right pick? Only time will tell. If this team isn't battling for playoff spots in the near future I will feel sorry that St.Louis has wasted a talent like Bradford and the players they have around that team. Also, James Laurinaitis is nothing short of a monster.

So, new Qb, new Wrs', one of the most consistently stellar Rbs, new HC + coordinators being hired, already strong Defense ad all the hope in the world. What else could you need? maybe a miracle if the win column doesn't double or triple next season. On the subject of WRs. I think it's so hard to really seperate. Clayton, Lloyd, Danario, and Amedola. They're all actually pretty good at slot, #2 or even #1 positions. yet I think the potential of their being a WR in the draft that could pair up with Bradford like a Brady-Moss type outfit is possible. By that I mean even though all these receivers are above average it's possible that the draft welcomes in a Star on this depth Chart of WRs

Team Needs: OT, WR, CB, DT

First Round Draft Prospect: Justin Blackmon or Matt Kalil
Possible Trade down with a late Round 1 and early Round 2
Alshon Jeffery and Jonathan Martin

I may not deserve to live, but I will protect those in my reach with my reverse blade!

I agree in the fact that the Rams aren't great record wise, but hey have a ***** load of raw talent with a lot of potential.

I just think the team needs a coach to rally aroud and Jeff Fisher fits the bill.

Any record predictions with Jeff Fisher coaching?

The NFC West will still be just as unpredictable as it was this year I think. THis 49ers ride to the championship could be a one year wonder for Jim Harbaugh (even though he is a beast of a coach) I love how everybody last year was thinking oh ok the Niners aren't going to go out and win games this year because they want Andrew Luck and boom so didn't happen. But on topic, The Rams could easily come out and have an 8-8 season again if Niners aren't back in it like this year. Also I think if they start Kolb in AZ then Rams shud have wins there too. I'm hopeful but it's still anyones division next season
