I'm not trying to be rude, but Cell should be a giant step ahead of Goku, and I don't think Grade 2 provides a big enough boost to fill that step. Cell (post-humans) > A16 >>> Piccolo (w/Kami) > C17 > C18 > Piccolo (w/Kami, weighted) >> Cell (pre-humans) > SSjin Vegeta > SSjin Goku Using what I took from the manga in terms of tankability and strength gaps, Cell is over 5x stronger than Goku IMO. With an 80% increase, Goku makes it above C18 but just below C17, I think. Edited by Pyrus, Jan 7 2012, 07:42 PM.

At the moment I'm sort of experimenting with ASSj multiplier after I switched to x10 SSj and right now I use x14 of base. So unless Cell is less than 40% stronger than SSj Goku he should win by my multpliers.
