A13 was only a bit ahead of SSjin Goku, who shouldn't be far ahead of SSjin Vegeta (according to Toei, but this is reversed in the manga), who got humiliated by C18, who is a little weaker than C17. C17 ~ 100 C18 ~ 85 A13 ~ 50 SSjin Goku ~ 45 SSjin Vegeta ~ 42

Perhaps I was wrong about his injuries bu bah, your list is better now. 1 - 9% = Almost Equal. 10% = Slight advantage. 20% = High advantage. 30% = Stomp. 40% = Stomp badly. 50% = Monster Tanker. ... 100% = Monster Stomp. --- C17: 100. I have it at: 0 %- 5% = even fight 5.5% - 9.5% = good advantage 10% - 14.5% = huge advantage 15%+ = complete stomp
