They did evolve on the same planet as the tuffles after all. So with all the different shades of "monkey" in the world, i would assume paragus (while living it up) could have induced a healthy tan doing all that hanging out and beating harmless people and what not. gets hot out there making people scared of your "incredible hulk like transforming energy spamming son whos mental health wavers over a controller headband". Posts: 761 Group: Member Member #7,087 Joined: December 17, 2011	Just one of those TOEI thing's I guess. It's likely both Paragus and Borrrrrrly traveled a lot, picking up different tans along the way, like Ninja said. In the Bardock movie, saiyajin's were all different shades, so who knows.
