RSSJ is restricted SSJ,so he technically not fully transformed into a SSJ.His SSJ form should be stronger by a bit Broly probably comes out top here after a near death battle. Pikkon obviously couldn't handle Broly himself or else why would Goku go along?

His RSSjin power was above Goku's, so when he's fully transformed it should be at least half a mile ahead of the post-RoSaT Saiyans. Pikkon was disadvantaged in power against Goku, but had the speed advantage and more lethal techniques. inb4 Pikkon > SPC & Broly is crap bcuz he not train nd he make me mad herp derp. Posts: 12,580 Group: Elite Member Member #6,372 Joined: June 18, 2011 Gender Not Specified Country United Kingdom	I think Pikkon was only slightly stronger than a 2 month trained Cell Games Goku, RSSj Broly was apparently pretty far above Goku (Taken form what other people said, I haven't actually seen that particular movie in Japanese yet) so I'm sure SSj Broly would be a good deal stronger than both Goku and Pikkon.

Super perfect cell died super pefect, twice, he was super perfect in hell and super perfect in gt. That wont change, his level of power wouldnt change either. No evidence suggests cell wasnt at any power level strong enough to take goku out. Him getting socked and karate chopped by pikkon i something not even kid gohan could pull off let alone goku. So if pikkons not stronger than goku, then what good would it have done? certainly NOT knocked cell out as is what happened, and for quite awhile i might add. But simply ticked him off and then have him do a power up. A fight im sure he still would have lost. As was the point of pikkon handling him so easily early in the game to show goku who the bigger threat was. I dont know gokus progression rate but two months isnt ver long to train, and if the two gokus are r the same strength (as many believe for some reason) then exactly WHAT would a 100x kaioken goku done to broly? what about 50x? no way was broly 50x stronger than goku. or was he? didnt seem like it.

Right, Cell must have been Super Perfect in the H.F.I.L, because it was stated by Goku that after Cell goes Super Perfect, he can't surpress any power, just like Frieza, Frieza was at 100% Full Power, he just didn't want to bulk up
