SSJ2 Gohan is undamaged and relatively fresh. He is also able to access full power.

match

SSJ2 Gohan (Injured, Kamehameha)

Though he make an effort, he hasn't the fortitude to go full throttle.

SSJ2 Gohan (Injured, Kamehameha, All Out)

Is this the full power of Gohan? Would even a fresh Gohan be toppled, or would he withstand easily enough.

Super Perfect Cell

He places enough power into his wave to destroy the solar system! He pushes Gohan to the brink. How would a fresh Gohan have fared?

Round 2, SSJ2 Gohan (Injured, Kamehameha, All Out)

OMG...

Vegeta has just big-banged all over Fresh Gohan's neck. Fresh Gohan turns around in shock while Injured Gohan let's it all out. Fresh Gohan turns back to his tasks. Is Injured Gohan gaining ground? Can fresh guy take it back? If not, does he survive it?

Round 3, SSJ2 Gohan (Injured, Kamehameha)

Unexpected! Yamcha's Spirit Ball to the back! (or if you want to be a bit more conservative, Tenshinhan's Shin Kikoho).

Fresh Gohan's like WTF? Injured Gohan let's it all out. What happens?

Add more matches and scenarios if it helps.

SSJ2 Gohan (Injured, Kamehameha, All Out) Fresh Gohan wins again in a Struggle




Super Perfect Cell - I have Fresh Gohan > SPC so Gohan wins




Round 2, SSJ2 Gohan (Injured, Kamehameha, All Out)
(Base Vegeta Interruption) - Fresh Gohan All Out wins




Round 3, SSJ2 Gohan (Injured, Kamehameha)
(Yamcha/Tien to the back) - Fresh Gohan wins, he'd shrug it off just like Cell did in the Anime

i suppose i should note that Vegeta is in base, if that's important to anyone.

So, possible verdict, being distracted by Vegeta is cause enough for an L, but anyone else's blast is ignored completely. I'd assumed because base Vegeta's blast does some significant damage whereas Yamcha's doesn't.

The only thing I'd ask is that, if that's the case, SSJ Vegeta's rush at Cell does nothing. So Cell shouldn't be heavily affected by base Vegeta. Any effort from he and Yamcha/Ten/Piccolo/anyone should be negligible. So why would base Vegeta's blast get attention where Yamcha's would not, and SSJ Vegeta did nothing?

More on the versus, and address this if you'd like. I only ask that it stays civil, and that people refrain from undermining one another.

 Well since it's base vegeta.. I'll have to revise my verdict and say that Fresh Gohan wins that battle.
The reason why I had Vegeta's distraction giving Injured Gohan the edge? The blast Vegeta used against Cell in his frenzy was just a generic ki blast, whereas the blast he fired at Cell in the struggle looks similar to a Super version of the Big Bang Attack, which I assume would have amplified Vegeta's ki to a level that Cell would have to consider.
Does that make sense? lol

 Gohan wins all struggles, shrugs off other Z fighters attack like SPC did. With access to full power, he shouldn't have trouble in any of the matches.
