This is a question in general. No specific timeline, you could say what if he trained during frieza, cell, buu saga whatever. King Kai's training allowed Goku to push far beyond his limitations as a lower class saiyan. Therefore, IMO, Vegeta as a result of King Kai training would surpass Goku's power. What do you think?
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

He may give Vegeta some good training tips but it would be like Krillin training Goku. Edit: And King Kai's planet has even less gravity than what Vegeta normally trains in. Mozilla Favourite Manga DBZ	His base wouldn't profit much from the training,but kaioken would be overkill on Vegeta,he'd pretty much destroy everything on namek,and if given gravity training like Goku's he'd pretty much obliterate everything on Namek But that couldn't happen,kaioken was a plot device for a main character
	Reality is an illusion caused by the lack of alcohol
