After rewatching some of the Frieza saga, I was wondering: What if Gohan got pissed at Frieza while he was in his FIRST form, and performed this 'combo' (for lack of a better word) on him? What kind of damage do you think it would've done? Would it have been enough to wound him? Immobilize him? Maybe even KILL? (Not likely, but I'm no expert.) The 'combo' : (YES IT'S KAI, IT'S THE BEST CLIP I COULD FIND. JUST MUTE IT IF IT UPSETS YOU THAT MUCH T_T) |

I say he'd kill frieza with that blast. Unless you believe frieza could only be completely destroyed in any form by a power level of at least 120,000,000(his true power) |

frieza is a form expert like his brother. He knows he cant access those forms without preparation and time. Not that he NEEDs to but since he chooses to be in that smaller form he has to lower his power level so it doesnt explode out of him every time he gets upset. Just like going ssj was necessary for goku in order to hold all the power he now controls. I guess in dbz forms are important for controlling power gain and loss. But if kid gohan caught first form frieza with that rage whooping? he would have killed frieza easy, who had to lower himself to a pl of 530,000 maximum in his first form. gohan is in range to kill him fully powered w/ rage boost |

That is filler. That fight never happened. He maxed out at just below 3rd restriction Freeza. |

Testaments of Gohan's power that aren't filler. Gohan vs 2nd Form Frieza after Krillin was impaled. Part 1 Part 2 Gohan after being healed by Dende and getting a zenkai vs 3rd form Frieza Both times Gohan went into a rage both times against Frieza and was able to temporary overpower Frieza. But Frieza always turns the dials up to 11 for himself when he needs to really survive and strike back. Edited by Doctor Know, Dec 25 2011, 04:57 AM.

Rage would kill Frieza 1. At the very least, Frieza 3 had to put some (but very little (manga)) effort into redirecting full power blast. I'd doubt, in short bursts, he'd be a match for even Frieza 2 though. If he had better access to that power... he'd had been a match after receiving that Frieza 2 Zenkai. imo. |

Gohan's Rage the first go around, was superior to Freeza's 2nd Form ( Initially ). He wrecks Freeza pretty well, and Freeza even responds to the beating by powering up, so Gohan probably was a good deal over Freeza, who at this point, is over a million. Gohan's Rage 2 , this time post zenkai, is able to use what is likely an amplified attack, has Freeza on the ropes while he catches his bearings, but Freeza is able to throw the blast off of him ... Gohan Rage 1, is going to be wrecking 1st form Freeza quite easily. Probably could take him out with a couple of punches. An even stronger version, Rage 2, should be able to get the job done with one shot. |

I see Enraged Gohan killing First Form Freeza while on his rage. Freeza is stated to be 500,000 or a little over it. I'd say Gohan, at that point, was 300,000 ~ 400,000 and usually his bursts give him double or triple power, so he'd kill Freeza. |

Since when did kai have filler? Imo he hurt 2nd form so was over 1 million when raging, which would make that rage burst kill Freeza. If it was just 1 masenko it would either kill Freeza or injure him badly enough that Krillin could finish him easily. It wasn't just 1 masenko though, it was multiple strikes so pretty sure that would kill Freeza in his 1st form. |

(manga) All of Gohan's rage-derps were surprise attacks. Frieza neither could sense his presence or power. Frieza 2 gets volleyed by a Rage Gohan who shouldn't have been as strong as Vegeta, and Vegeta was helpless. That's how Gohan even gets a hit in. Frieza 2 tanks Masenko with no damage and proceeds to easy-kill Derp Gohan. Frieza 3 is occupied with torturing Piccolo and is again volleyed by someone would could hurt Frieza 2 and (iirc) realizes that Gohan is a Saiyan. Frieza easily redirects Gohan's blast, which is deflected by Piccolo. Frieza 3 decides to transform as to not have to deal with fighters who seemingly come back from a beating just as strong, or stronger. Frieza 3 could have beaten everyone there easily prior to changing state. So Rage Gohan's full power blast was rebounded by Frieza 3 and a damaged Piccolo. I doubt Rage Gohan beats Piccolo fresh. At most, he'd cause Frieza 2 to change state. important point: Frieza is hella careless, but he could always afford to be. He killed the Saiyan because Oozaru may have been able to touch Frieza 1. Only situations in which Frieza could have been in danger:
