The Legendary Nightmare Posts: 1,001 Group: Suspended Member #6,990 Joined: November 17, 2011	Cell needs both 17 and 18 to achieve perfection. With 17 and 18 both inside him, he transformed into Perfect Cell. The power did not come from 18, it was from the transformation
