King Cold,Cooler and Freezer vs Goku,Trunks and Vegeta ? SSJs obviously Which is stronger race ? Well,Frieza's race has more raw power at beginning but they can't control it so they have to supress themselves to weaker forms,but Saiyans have the potential to become MUCH stronger given enough zenkais and SSJ transformation

Their durability is pretty crazy, Freeza survived being cut in half, a strong ki blast from SSjin Son Goku intended to kill Freeza after Freeza misused Son Goku's given energy, a spirit bomb and an exploding planet. I guess you could argue that was only Freeza as King Cold died with a hole in his gut, but still. I'm not sure the argument about having initial raw power, Freeza is pretty old, over 100 (I really need to remember where I read this from) so he may have trained to get to a certain level then just gave up and became lazy. Freeza is also part from the Royal Family, so he, King Cold and Cooler may be much stronger than the rest of their race. If it's character based, well then obviously the Saiyans, since Son Goku already defeated Freeza and Mirai Trunks killed him and Cold, and they are most likely stronger than the rest of their race, considering they are Royal Family.

(I should note for the race-based argument, I wasn't counting Son/Veg/Trunks/Gohan/Goten, nor was I counting Freeza, Cold, Cooler. I was counting only their races.)
