You asked this on Daizex lol. "Toei owns the anime in Japan. Shueisha owns the manga in Japan. Viz licensed the manga in the U.S. FUNimation licensed the anime in the U.S. and Mexico." |

And I think Toriyama owns the rights to the entire franchise as a whole. Not sure how this stuff works though so I may be wrong. |
