Which race between the two lives longer?

 Kami, King Piccolo, and Guru are stated to be hundreds of years old and Saiyans are stated to more or less have the same longevity as humans (though they stay in their primes longer).

So I think it's pretty clear Nameks live longer.

Well I "heard" that Goku could of possibly lived 1000 years after the GT arc. I'm not sure if that's true or not. But I did hear that saiyans could live a very very long time but stay young looking and all that for fighting purposes.

Since they are generally in beyond perfect physical condition, there is no reason in my train of thought that makes me think a Saiyan couldn't live far longer than an average human. If you were a Saiyan, you probably either were killed in combat, died of natural causes pre-Dragonball or died in the genocide. No real help trying to figure any lifespan consistency.

 saiyans live slightly longer than humans, but they age differently. humans gradually age throughout their entire life, while saiyans stay in their prime until their last decade or so, and then they rapidly decline.

goku would have lived longer, because he had old kai's life force, which still had 1,000 years left on it.

namekians live for hundreds of years (about 500, iirc).
