I heard things about Pan having the potential to transform into a different SSJ, but what are the differences? Is it possible for Cell to go SSJ? He is part saiyan after all. Can Gohan go SSJ4? Gohan was able to go ape, and he can go ssj, what if his tail grew back? What do you think the required PL to go SSJ is?

His aura looks kinda like a Super Saiyan and Super Perfect Cell is almost exactly like a Super Saiyan 2 Quote: Can Gohan go SSJ4? Some number above 10,000 since that seemed to be the max of the old saiyans and anything lower would have probably meant more Super Saiyans would have been running around before planet Vegeta blew up. I'm with TG on the first two, but I have my own opinion on the last two. I don't think Gohan can go SSJ4 because when he got the power up from grand kai, he couldn't go super saiyan any more. He was more powerful than ever before, but he couldn't transform anymore. I'm pretty sure there isn't a certain power level required to go SSJ, it's more about emotions. Sure, you have to be strong, but no matter how hard you train, you can't go SSJ unless there is an emotional need for it. And even if there was a set power level, it would have to be well over 10,000, because Vegeta was at least that strong when he came to earth, and between then and the time he actually went super saiyan, there were plenty of times there was a need for it. When he was losing the battle on earth, when he was fighting Recoome, and when he was fighting Freeza.

Bulma said that Vegeta couldn't do it when he fought Goku (when Baby was possessing him) because Baby's cells were blocking the transformation. So either it's specifically Tuffle DNA that prevents the transformation, or any DNA that isn't able to become Oozaru in the first place.

I think he's stuck with icer type transes (he has shown the ability to transform down to lower forms, but not up to any super forms). 3. sure. the deal with vegeta was because baby was possessing him. any saiyan with a tail should be able to reach ssj4. 4. 60,000. goku was a potential ssj at 90,000. vegeta was not a potential ssj at 30,000. average them out and you get 60,000.
	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god
