How strong exactly did Gohan get after training with the Z sword? |

What do you mean? How strong did he get after gaining the Mystic power-up? If that's what you're asking, he became the strongest non-fused character in the series. Stronger than SSJ3 Goku by quite a bit.

SSjin Gohan is implied to be ~ Dai Kaioshin Boo by both Kaioshin and Son Goku. Going by multipliers, etc his base form usually winds up big enough to dominate SSjin 2 Goku for each of my lists. |

I think it was his strongest form that was taken into account with Gohan, so I think his SSjin 2 form was a little above Dai Kaioshin Boo, with his SSjin form being somewhat above SSjin 2 Goku, and his Base would be higher than the SSjins. |

Im saying before he got his potential unlocked and after training with the Z sword around the time Goku comes to Supreme Kais planet, Gohan says that hes stronger from the training. Im just curouse as to how strong.. It cant be by that much.. |

It was actually quite a bit. One of the bigger power jumps of the series excluding fusions. |

Well nobody really mentioned SSjin 2. Kaioshin mentioned "Super Saiyan" and nobody named anything else. Plus SSjin seems to be treated as Gohan's highest power from the Budoukai on... |

If they only meant ssj and not ssj2, then why would goku have wondered whether gohan would be enough for buu? hmm... [ponders] i don't think the kaioshin ever really distinguished ssj and ssj2. they barely knew about it and then had to deal with ssj3. |

IMO, the Z sword power boost was pretty big, about x10 his original power, and the Mystic boost was about x30 the Z sword power boost. |

SSjin is treated as Gohan's top power. Nothing implies he can access that power without rage. I agree that the Z Sword power boost is huge. Even though I nerf guys on the Gotenks, EoZ Goku, Post Zeta Gohan, etc tiers with different multipliers (Ultimate Super Saiya-jin) I still usually wind up with something like: SSjin 3 Goku - 96 Dai Kaioshin Boo - 48 SSjin 2 Goku - 12 SSjin 2 Gohan (Pre) - 4 SSjin Gohan (Pre) - 1 SSjin Gohan (Post) - 48 Base Gohan (Post) - 19.2 |

Super Saiyan Gohan is somewhere around Fat Buu. He's gotten a lot stronger. It's best to look at Gohan as like a weaker Gotenks at this point... |

in the budoukai kabito asked gohan to go super saiyan and gohan then asked if he also wanted to see his new "SUPER super sayian form" too he then transforms into what looks like SSJ2 with the lightning in his aura this is from the manga at this point they tended to treat SSJ2 as SSJ |

Gohan should be able to go SSJ2 Easily I would say. So I think he would be above the other SSJ2's in his SSJ2 form. But Goku wonder if he would have trouble so not only that help supports the fact he is using SSJ2 it also says he might now easily own or destroy buu easily. So SSJ2 Gohan and Buu is very very close to each other, not able to tell who would win. |

Gohan comments on getting stronger saying he may be the most powerful in the world, Kaioshin said he would be the strongest in the world as a Super Saiyan/Super Saiyan 2 both these seem to imply he's above SSj3 Goku since they both felt his power before, and Goku wondered if he could beat Buu. Here's Goku's face when he wonders that btw since I personally think it's important as he isn't exactly all excited when he wonders if Gohan will beat Buu.  Ignore what Goku is saying, it's a bad fanslation. Here's what Goku really said: Chapter: 479 (DBZ 285), P5.2-4 Context: after the Z Sword breaks Gohan: “But…thanks to that, my arm strength has increased a lot. That Z Sword was incredibly heavy, after all…Perhaps this was what they meant by me obtaining the greatest power in the world.” Kaioshin: “I-I get it…If he’s acquired that much power in his regular state, then if he becomes a Super Saiyan it will become an even more substantial power-up…! Ye-yeah! That’s it! That’s definitely the greatest power in the world…!” Goku: “…But…Is he greater than Majin Boo?...I wonder…” I think they're the only comments about his strength we get between finishing the Z sword training and Old Kai's powerup.
