how come he didn't fight Frieza/Cell/Ginyu force there,he could have killed them all again just for fun...woulda been cool to see that

I would have definitly liked to see that. Maybe they were still locked in the jail cell from when pikkon whipped them lol. Most likely though they just didnt cross paths (im sure hell is a huge place)

The dead don't get bodies in the Afterlife, at least not bad guys.
I think their assumption that bad guys get bodies in the afterlife is due to the brief appearance of all of the villains toward the end of the Kid Buu saga. They are seen observing the fight between Goku, Vegeta, and Kid Buu; however, I can't remember whether this was in the manga or not.

The bad guys are never shown in Hell except in the anime filler I believe.

I thought so, but I'm always afraid to make a definite statement unless I'm 100% sure.

I really liked that filler, actually. I think it would have been better if the old villains had been cheering Goku on, though. I know that if I were a villain, I wouldn't want Buu to beat Goku if I couldn't beat him. ^_^
