Vegeta creates an artificial moon and tells Nappa to look at it to transform into an oozaru since he can't land a hit in his normal state. Who wins?(what would happen)

Well,Nappa in Oozaru is 40000,and Goku is no more than 30000 in his maximum kaioken his body can take,so...Goku gets stomped,unless he charges a kamehameha and puts all his energy into it,but will it hit Nappa ?

This is exactly why Goku wins. Sort of like when USSJ Trunks vs. Perfect Cell. USSJ Trunks had more power but was too slow so he had no chance. Same scenario here

there actually isn't a toriyama number for nappa. daiz - 4 000, game/fan - [6 000, 8 000]

manga numbers for goku
arrival to Earth - 5 000
power up - over 8 000

nappa craps over 5 000 and Piccolo trolls him on it.

Goku trolls Nappes and Vegeta's all like, "Nappe's goin hard, but K-Rot be trolln easy..."
Vegeta tells him to calm down and fight.
goku blocks nappa's ultimate attack without a scratch and states something along the lines of "this may take all day (a while)."

I'd give this to Nappa mostly because I do believe he's way stronger than 4,000, or else I don't think Goku would've used Kaio-Ken to outspeed him, the difference on speed (and everything really) from a 4,000 to a 8,000 is absurd, and we all know that even 40% difference on power is a stomp, if Nappa was really this low Goku would've one shotted and outspeeded him the same way to protect Gohan and Kuririn, without Kaio-Ken.

I'm seeing Nappa as an Oozaru at around 70,000, unless Goku uses Tayoken and blast the tail off, it's an apestomp.

Goku wins because in that form nappa attacks are slower than before so goku has to do a solar flare and charge up a spirit bomb.
