Once kami had remade his own, the black stars should have been destroyed.

If the original Namelss Namek could make Dragon Balls, then why can't Piccolo when he fuses with Kami? Isn't it supposed to be the same being? Wouldn't Piccolo know they exist and how dangerous they are? Why didn't anyone think to protect them a bit better? It was a pretty poorly done and they could have thought of something better.

When he dies, kami dies, when kami dies the dragonballs die, when they fused the dragonballs were turned to stone because they died. The namekian dragonballs were used to defeat majin buu, not earths. When dende was appointed the new kami of earth he re made kamis old dragonballs and added a wish to them for a total of two wishes and no bringing the dead back more than once. The black stars werent needed, and since the dragonballs were turned to stone twice because of piccolos death? then the black stars should have been destroyed a long time ago. There shouldnt even BE any black star db's. Which is one of the biggest reasons why gt is considered an alternate universe to the manga.

With that in the mind, the real question should be why the black star dragon balls didn't appear until after the defeat of cell and buu. (if there is a reason, my bad i've never seen GT)
