It created one of the biggest craters in all of dragonball, probably a bigger crater than the spirit bomb. That Ki Blast that went for Vegeta would have probably just killed him. Buu(And kid buu) full power 55,000,000,000 ssj3 goku 360,000,000,000 ...Seems like a ***ing mud stomp if i've ever seen one. I mean,in Goku/Majin Vegeta fight,most of their usual ki blasts didn't really do anything to each other,and Goku even nullified one,so HOW did a NORMAL ki blast from Cell took Gohan's arm out ? Only reasonable explanation is that Cell was stronger,or that Toriyama simply didn't really put much thought into it

Google Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	I'm pretty sure if SSJ2 Gohan was only a little stronger than perfect Cell and easily redirected his kamehameha back at him and it didnt completly kill him, I am completely certain SPC who is listed as 2x stronger could have redirected Gohan's wave.
