LSSJ2 Broly tanks it like he did Goku's Kamehameha wave in Movie 8. Broly is one of those characters that are just too powerful for anyone. I'd think that he could beat SSJ3 Goku to be honest. Broly is no joke.

what do you mean why it WOULD have? by the frame of broly being pushed around the planet came into view the barrier was completely gone, his wound burst open and then he was flattened by the wave against the sun, and pushed out the other side. I cant tell if the barrier is up or not but i sure dont see it past that certain point.
1. "Why it would have?" Simple. Because the strength of the shield proved to hold up when tanking the Family Kamehameha head on. It's the same as being tackled by someone. After you take the actual tackle, then you are moving at the same velocity as the tackler, therefore the pushing effect doesn't hurt until you hit something else like the ground or the wall, or in this case the Sun. It's the same thing with Broly's chi shield and the Family Kamehameha.

2. We can see the barrier held up after it was hit by the Family Kamehameha. It is only in the next shot in space that our vision of Broly and the chi shield is blocked because of the intensity of the Kamehameha.

3. No doubt the Kamehameha is what caused his death, but it isn't what killed him in the end. It served as a ride to the Sun, where Broly's chi shield was broken and he exploded from being shot through the core.
