Okay, so let's say the world is going to end in 24 hours are there was nothing you could do about it. However, on that last day you could either have all the things you could ever want (love, items, world peace) then the world would explode. OR you could turn things back to normal, and let life go on how it is now(wars, disease, and all). Would it be worth it? |

Okay, since I changed my name avatar and entire DBZF image, a lot of you don't know who i am. Well use your noggin. Who Loves Vegeta? Who thinks Cell and James Bond are hot but Vegeta is her main man? Who has a life sized cardboard cutout of Vegeta? Still don't know? Spoiler: click to toggle

Honestly? I'd rather let the world go on as it is now. If I had 1 perfect day I think it would be too sad to see the world end. Instead I'd let the world carry on and use the dream of that 1 perfect day to encourage me to try to make the world a better place.l Something like that. |

I would take the latter option. It wouldn't be worth having no war or if everyone love each other if the world is ending. It would be very sad that way. Though if there is an afterlife maybe then I will say it, but if there is nothing then no. |

I couldn't enjoy a last day knowing it was the last day. I'd rather keep the world as it is. |

I'd chose a perfect day of world peace. I'd love to go out with a bang with the whole world.....seems fitting in a way. |

Is the question that I could have the perfect life, or that everybody in the world could have the perfect life? If it was just me, there wouldn't really be a point because I don't think I could enjoy it if my friends and family were still living with the troubles they had. However if it was everybody in the world then you're damn right I would do it. Ending all unhappiness, anger, war, poverty etc so that the world would end with everybody at their happiest point? That sounds like the perfect ending of the world to me. Edited by Mitas, Oct 24 2011, 01:17 PM.

It would be selfish for you to have one perfect day while others live in panic. I would want the world to continue so, everyone could have a least one perfect day.

Ok most of the time I don't really reply again unless something new comes up in a thread, but after thinking about I really didn't explain things. The world not ending but with war, illness, hateful, and just about everything bad vs a perfect day with the opposite, but the world ends. In the first world, we live in the world we already live in. The world isn't a perfect place. Politicians fighting and making threats to each other everyday, while the people have to suffer for the makes of few people. Wars across the world. Sometimes for no reason at all. Even when there is a reason it is not really a good one a large amount of the time. Illness and poverty in other 3 world countries is high. Very high. Many kids are starving to death here in even 1st world countries. The world isn't a perfect place, infact it is quite a harsh one to some people. Now if we take all that away and make the world be the complete opposite for one day, would it be worth it? It matters. Will only war will stop while the children are still starving or will the world be a perfect place all around. Will the world end in fire where it will be extremely agonizing in the pain or will we just vanish with no pain. Well you did say the world will explode so that means it will be pretty pain full unless it will be so fast you feel nothing. Also will there be an afterlife where everyone lives happy, or will there but hell or just none at all? I change my mine. I won't pick any choice. I am not exactly sure. |

Instead I'd let the world carry on and use the dream of that 1 perfect day to encourage me to try to make the world a better place.l And i think this is the better choice, i see this as a way for human kind to learn from their mistakes in the past and present. Focusing on the future, trying to make the world a better place. As we learn, we evolve. |
