Looks like the defense is finally starting to get somewhat near Patrick Willis' (Best player in the league IMO) level |

First, I've never thought and still don't think Patrick Willis is but I do think he is a good solid LB, but i come from a Raven D where we do have the best LB in the past decade in a half. But yes the defense must get credit for holding down plenty of downs and surely proving they aren't underrated. Being a Raven fan I am looking forward to the Harbaugh brother rivalry to begin with Ravens vs Niners come Thanksgiving. It's gonna be an interesting Thanksgiving night when they come to the table together lol. But not only that the coach has really cleaned up and been able to make less mistakes than most coaches in the league. I think it's great how he's given Alex Smith a system or use where he and the team can succeed. The offense looks good but frankly, (pun intended) Frank Gore is the most underrated Running back in the league I think and he's also the one consistent that has been on the niners team for awhile. With his running game they've always been open up and give the passing game a shot. I think that with the way the season started, Ted Ginn Jr. and that special teams deserves credit for starting off so well. This team may not be undefeated but in a division where it's pretty easy to win with an OK winning record the niners were definitely never thought to be this great during the off season. Everyone's being proven wrong, even some oh so faithful niners fans. I like Bradford, I like Fitz and seahawks are alright but I hope Niners keep it up I'd like to see what they can do if they make playoffs but that's a while away to think about it now. |

And as i have said before, I dont think Frank Gore is under rated (but he is very good) because he is pretty well known and has been for since his rookie year xD |

9ers are in a pathetic division. Makes me wonder how they haven't made the playoffs already. Their defense and run game can hopefully have them upset at least one team in the playoffs. After that I'm not sure they have what it takes. |

This is a reborn 49ers team. The last 9 years have sucked, but now we have a legitimate shot going for us. We can stop the undefeated Lions. |

Where do you get that from? Jim's team is 4-1(I think) and a good team but John has had the Raven's in the playoffs every year he's been there. So while Jim Harbaugh is a great coach(loved him in Stanford and wanted him in S.D) he's yet to prove he can be a constant success in the NFL like he's brother. Though I do believe he has all the tools to be. |

5-1. We've knocked out an undefeated team in the NFC and taken down the Bucs. Our only loss is from an OT loss against the cowboys in week 2. |

I'm going to let you enjoy this Fulgore because i think i rather have a topic about the 49ers and praising them rather than bashing them all over the face. I think the 49ers an easy shoe-in for their division with just a few more wins like they've had. The players have always been there and I think it's the new additions along with the OBVIOUS help with Coaching staff that has made them 5-1 and a team too watch for. Question is, can they beat the Packers and man what a fight that would be. Both QBs were from the very same Draft class. The drama in that game if it ever happened this year is probably going to be one of the most dramatic and could potentially be as classic as Manning vs Brady rivalry. They don't face each other in the regular season but what an epic Superbowl that'd be. |
