I believe Goku's massive increase is when he's Training Oob.

Because Gohan's SS2 was impressive enough to fight Fat Boo, just not strong enough to beat him.

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

Gohan was roughly half as strong as Goku be4 the Z-sword training. After it, his base form was stronger than his SSJ self, But his SSJ form was quite weak compared to Goku. This is Goku with many more years training as well. If you have a SSJ multiplier of like 1-5x then Goku wins imo Edited by oodle, Sep 28 2011, 03:17 PM.

Posts: 9,150 Group: Member Member #5,265 Joined: September 24, 2010 Gender Not Specified Favourite Anime dragonball/z/gt/movies What Browser do you use? internet explorer or firefox	i have a 2x mssj multiplier, and i still think gohan wins. but that's because i measure gohan's power differently. goku compared gohan, presumably as an ssj2, to fat buu. so, ssj2 gohan ~ fat buu, and count down from there. this leaves me with a base post z sword gohan nearly twice as strong as ssj2 pre z sword gohan, and nearly as strong as ssj2 goku.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	That's assuming Goku's progression in the 10 years is more than Goku's 7 year progression, but logically it wouldn't. In one day Gohan MORE than doubled his power, where in 7 years Goku just barely doubled his...if that. Also Post Zeta Sword Base, MSS and SS2 Gohan was stronger than Boo arc Base, MSS and SS2 Goku, and almost equal to SS3 Goku, where Goku's SS2 was Nothing to Gohan's SS2. So, for EOZ Goku to take this, he would have to well more than double his power in 10 years. And that's with no Training partner, and no enemies, Goku's progression wouldn't be as fast as his Rosat Training (Lest's face it, Goku only increased like he did in the Rosat because Gohan was in there with him, they sparred together all the time, so Goku was able to increase like he did, yet Gohan still came out more power, given that his Goku's plan). Lunar, you sneaked in a post on me. Also, Goku is alive now too, so his body isn't as durable either, so he can't push himself as far as before too. So, Goku between the Boo arc and EOZ is restricted in how far he can push himself before his body does give out. Edited by Saberoph, Sep 28 2011, 03:37 PM.
