Would Superman level strength be a problem?

If hypothetically you acquired Superman level strength, would you really be able to hold it back enough so that you didn't break everything and everyone you touched? I like to think there's only so much you can control your own strength before even opening a car door becomes impossible without ripping it off.

I think it would require some training but, eventually you could. Like that time when Goku and Gohan were Super and were trying to pick the glasses up without breaking them.

If you're born like it though I reckon you'd get used to it as you grow up. You wouldn't know any different. If you suddenly gained it though i reckon you'd have to undergo a quick learning curve or have some serious problems lol.

Depends on how you get the powers. If like Tim said, you are born with them then you will probably find it easy while if you randomly get them through a wish or go super saiyan I assume it would take some getting used to.

I think it wouldn't be a problem if you were born with it, like Tim said. If I suddenly got it right now though my fingers would probablu punch through my keyboard and I wouldn't even finish this post.

I don't know if such a strong person would be able to reduce their strength by so much. Your max strength allows you to move planets, being able to touch a person or open a door should be extremely difficult. Living a life like a human should be impossible . . . unless you have an on/off switch for your powers.

Rogue is a good example cal. :D Like super man she has a power that she can't turn of and could hurt prople. But her power unlike Supe's is a mutation so it can be cured. (Did it get cured in X3 the alternate ending got me confused) so if your an alien super being your screwed, if it is like Rogue's you might have a chance. so it's all in how you get it.
