 Well as I think Gohan was Super Saiyan 2 against Dabura I'm obviously going to say this is a stomp for Dabura imo.

 I'd say cell wins (gohan was mssj), dabura wins (gohan was ssj2) either way, it's a stomp.
list of canon sources:

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

list of non canon sources:

everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality.

for those that blindly follow word of god

 I agree with Lunar here too, but I do feel from a stroyline pov Gohan Should have been SS2 not MSS imo. But I see Cell stomping here.

Dabra eats breakfast in the den while Cell makes more Pancakes in the kitchen. Cell tries to stay in the den for a little while with Dabra after serving his cakes, but Dabra tells Cell to get back in the kitchen (Dabra wins).

This is the Cell who fought Goku isn't he? If it was, then I'd give it to Cell if Adult Gohan was using MSSJ and I'd give it to Dabura if it was SSJ2.

 Cell was Still suppressed against Goku, he never used his full power until Gohan went SS2, my best guess would be not even 50% imo, I really don't think Cell was using half of his power, but that's just me. Also Gohan was MSS (By artwork, the MSS and SS2 Hairstyles Do Not Match Up) against Dabra.

Also using DBZ Logic Goku would compare Dabra to the Cell he fought.

 actually, saberoph, that was the first time goku ever compared anyone to someone with multiple levels of power that he hadn't fought the full powered level, so no, there is no "dbz logic" to go by on that. and, as has been pointed out numerous times, while the artwork is not completely consistent with ssj2, it's not completely consistent with mssj either. the only solid fact about that fight is that there are no solid facts. there are artwork discrepancies in favor of both interpretations, there are logic chains in favor of both interpretations, there are story elements in favor of both interpretations. gohan's form against dabura is completely a matter of personal opinion. that's why in dabura topics, i list answers for both.

@topic. i have suppressed perfect cell using only 1/3 of his power, so 50% cell would kick butt against dabura (mssj gohan) .

I have Gohan getting just a little under Goku was at the Cell games who was about equal to that Cell and I have Dabura a bit stronger than whatever form Gohan was using. So basically if Gohan was a MSSj then I'd have Dabura about 75% Perfect Cell, give or take.

If you have Cell Games Goku at 70-75% of Cell, you'd have Gohan around 90-95% of Cell, then, wouldn't you? If that's the case, I can see how it'd be pretty easy to have Goku and Vegeta surpassing Cell as mere Super Saiyans.
