havoc_wreaker, how is Nashville a suprise team, they have been in the playoffs every year for the last 6 years or so, have arguably the best defence pairing in the league, a young talented core upfront with a couple good veterans......oh did i mention...the BEST goalie in the league. I picked a Nashville vs Rangers for the cup finals, although Philly is looking unstoppable. Oh and Mc esse im pretty sure Nashville sells out there arena every game, they are suprisingly into hockey down there.

I realize this is a Devils topic but it's turning into a NHL topic and I have no problem with that. So with that notation I'd like to just say that the Capitals Nick Backstrom should've gotten a penalty, sure. However to suspend him for a match for genuinely protecting himself from a second concussion is bull> Even if it's just one match he still should not have been suspended. He's not even the sort of player to do such things.

Philly is looking good, especially against an out of sync Penn team that can't stop the puck to save a life.

Sharks are probably going to win too real easy, they look hot to get deep in the playoffs.

Chicago, Phx game was just crap imo. Just too many fights and hits and I think that's trending heavy this year in the playoffs, or at least that's what it feels like.

Its old time hockey out there, if you dont like that kind of game your lucky you werent watching 20 years ago haha it was a mess back then. line brawls all the time. i personally love it and thought the torress hit on hossa was a clean hit, maybe a 5 minute charging major but thats it. players need to learn to keep there heads up. but the NHL is so fast now that its hard to keep yer head up at all times to avoid such big hits

espo

what i mean by surprise team is that they might just surprise everybody, they have been a decent team for a long time making the playoffs but not really having a high chance of winning the cup but this year they do have a better and a good chance of winning the cup, especially if they can beat Detroit

Take some *****ING NOTES ladies and gentleman.

THAT IS HOW YOU PLAY SOME HOCKEY.

4-0, Brodeur holds the most playoff Shutouts at 24, passing Patrick Roy.

Preds are good, but I see the Blues routing them.

Jason Arnotts going to cry blood.
