http://www.hindustantimes.com/Bus-sized-tumbling-satellite-to-hit-earth/Article1-749146.aspx A satelite in space is about to fall on earth, according to NASA it has a small chance of hitting someone, the North American eastern seaboard. *****, imagine how much someone can sue for this *****, God forbid this thing hits someone in the head. I mean if you can sue Mcdonalds for making your coffee anything's possible right? And that is how far society has progressed. Edited by Mc Esse, Sep 24 2011, 01:17 AM.

I.....heard this from my professor. It seems they don't have a particular reason as to why this is occurring. Some of said it my be due to spontaneous malfunctions. I beg to differ. |

they're designed to come down eventually. it will probably burn up on the way down. if it hits someone, they'll probably die from being hit by several hundred pounds of superheated metal, though. |

list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god | |

Yes, but that's due to the battery or the control box going off. I'm just wondering why it went down is all. |

Could you imagin how much you could sell that for? Infact, if a part hit you, you could not only sell it but sell your story on how your survived a part of a satelite falling on you. |

Chances are it'll fall in the Pacific. Only a few years ago people were saying the Large Hadron Collider was going to erase existence. Smaller scale, but the point is the same. Though, if it was about to crash, we could just hire Mark Knopfler to play his guitar so good and so loud, it blasts the Satellite into space again. He'd do it. |

Apparently (and this could be wrong as TV told me) satellites fall all the time but just no one cares as they aren't a big deal and most of the time dont matter

Imagine the beautiful sight of seeing a satelite falling on the nightime horizon. If we can pretend that airplanes at night are shooting stars, to wish on, I'm sure a shooting satelite could be mistaken for a shooting star heh heh. |
