it means he should, yes. that's the essence of powerscaling. powerscaling is basing what one character can do off of his power relationship with other characters.

feats, on the other hand, is what a character has actually done.

vegito can do a lot of things, because people weaker than him did them. vegito didn't actually DO anything that impressive. like i said, even frieza has better feats than vegito.
list of canon sources:

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

list of non canon sources:

everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality.

for those that blindly follow word of god

Yes but he wasn't trying he was toying with Buu so that he could get absorbed.

I enjoyed the Buu stuff as a whole , more so in the anime, if you include the tourney into the arc as a whole instead of a saga by itself.

18 got to show off her stuff in a prolonged fight. Krillin got to come off as ultra brave once again by charging Super and Kid Boo just like in the past. Yamcha gets his winning moment versus Olibu. Piccolo has to start from scratch basically and teach two saiyans again which was funny. Tien got to show he had boosted the tri beam again without nearly killing himself. Bulma goes on a mission to find the dragonballs like in the old days. Gohan rises to a new level of power and once again displays that arrogance he had versus Cell. Goten and Trunks have great duels and give birth to Gotenks. Vegeta owns Pui Pui, finally gets his rematch with Goku, does a totally selfless act, has a moment of clarity and embraces Goku, and is declared a full fledged hero. Goku returns to life, gets to spend some much needed years with his family, has epic fights with Kid Buu and Majin Vegeta, and he is able to convince the prince to form Vegeta for their families and team. Heck they even threw in a classic bad guy becomes good ala Vegeta with Mr. Buu, and evil is reincarnated ala Piccolo with Uub. Hercule does something to actually help the good guys win for once, and two more strong female characters are added in Pan and Videl.

The Buu arc anime was good as a whole from the training to the World Tournament on because the filler IMO made it. The manga though falls behind Cell, Saiyans, and Frieza surely. It really was at two total different levels to me personally whereas the other arcs were pretty much on par with one another more or less.

And as for GT it was decent and better than parts of Dragon Ball to me anime wise. Oh and I LIKE PAN! Yeah I said it.

The Buu saga is the second best saga in all of DBZ IMO. It would not fit in with GT.

I like the Babidi Saga over the entire Androids Saga, it has a more mystical feel. The Buu saga is overrated, though.

Disagree with ya there. Buu Saga is one of the least liked sagas of DBZ when compared with the other Big Two(Frieza, Cell sagas) Overrated are some of it's characters. Though the saga itself is richly entertaining with how many goofy and subliminal errors there is.

I'm pretty sure that it's one of the most popular sagas. Maybe not in the U.S. but I know the Japanese Fanbase loved the buu Saga.

Magic comes into play more, Vegeta becomes evil once again, Vegeta fights against Buu and lands a few good hits in (as opposed to him fighting Perfect Cell in the Androids Saga, where he only got one "hit" in, for lack of a better word) and Gohan's design is better.

from what I see, your praising the saga. How does any of this make it overrated.

It's "you're" and I'm "praising" the Babidi Saga, not the Buu Saga. The Buu Saga basically starts when Babidi is killed, not when Vegeta gets possessed.

There is a Babidi Saga, it follows on from the World Tournament Saga.

I personally didn't care for the Buu saga all that much...it was my least favorite in all of DBZ. The only part I actually liked was that afterlife tournament which is entirely filler with Pikkon and Son Goku.

In the Buu saga there's just too many characters I hate. I hate Gotenks, everything about him. I thought AT ruined Gohan, I don't think Majin Buu can hold a candle to Freeza or Cell....plus it got really tiresome just watching him regenerate, and all of Babidi's minions were lame.
Victorious' fan made Dragon Ball Z Battle Power (Sentō-ryoku) list

The that is a sub-saga. We are talking about the buu saga as a whole
