 He'll probably handle Suppression Freeza, but not Final Form Frieza. I have him at 1,000 - 10,000. I'm not sure though.

 I see Goku jr. taking this easily, in DBZ/GT the NEXT generation is miles above the last. So there isn't any reason why Goku jr. can't be either.

Not really. Assuming Goku Jr from the special is the Goku Jr from GT I don't see a problem. Not only could he easily get stronger but you're saying he must be amazingly strong to keep up with Vegeta Jr when really we have no idea how strong Vegeta Jr is either. They could have powerlevels of like 500 for all we know.
I'm not saying that at all, my whole point was, Son Goku Jr. isn't nearly as skilled as Vegeta Jr. was, when he appeared in the special. I never made any conclusion's, when it comes to power between those two.
Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

Oh you were comparing the Goku Jr from the special lol I thought you were comparing the 2 from the series. It's still not really a problem though, Goku Jr could have trained if you wanted to tie the special to the series. Going by just the series it's hard to tell just how skilled either of them are really since Goku and Piccolo were moving as fast as they were (to our eyes) in the fight against Raditz

I'm going with the lunar assessment here and say Goku Jr wins do to being in contact with individuals of high caliber power.

he's 1/16th saiyan. pan is 1/4 saiyan. her kid is 1/8th, goku jr. is 1/16th. and vegeta jr. is 1/8th.
I'm pretty sure that's the FUNi dub. In the original she said she was Goku Jr.'s great-great-grandmother, making him 1/64 Saiyan.

kid goku fought a bear. goku jr. never fought that demon, it only happened in a movie.

but still, if you want to look at it that way. that was the demon king. dabura's replacement, basically. he's far stronger than anything kid goku ever faced.

besides, we don't know if goku jr. needed ssj to beat him, because he never fought in base. base goku jr. may have been powerful enough to one shot a hundred demon kings, we just don't know, because he never fought.
