Krillin would lose. But, not an easy fight. I would put Namek (end) Krillin at 20,000 to 23,000, which would be kind of close to Vegeta. Not to mention that he feared regular Zarbon during Vegeta vs. Zarbon (2nd round)
Only if you mean Vegeta when he first arrived on Namek
Krillin was at least from 150.000 to 200.000 at the end of the Namek-Frieza sagas, since his potencial release from Guru was latent, he grew a lot his power level. If he could severy injure Vegeta that means something.
That's not really possible. He was still no match for Vegeta pre-Ginyu (about 40,000) and Vegeta himself stated that Krillin was weaker than Zarbon, but nonetheless had impressive power. Krillin could not have gotten that much stronger on Namek after his potential release, especially with no Zenkais. Oh and lunar2, he was actually on par with Ginyu or a little weaker. The only time Krillin got Ginyu good was when Ginyu wasn't paying much attention. You'll notice that when Vegeta got involved after he killed Jeice, Gohan and Krillin had a little difficulty beating him What are you talking about? Krillin and Gohan were handling Ginyu-Goku just fine. Even when Krillin was by himself, Ginyu-Goku couldn't land a single hit, and Krillin dodged his initial punch easily. He never hit him either, so you're probably thinking of anime filler. Either way, Krillin was definitely the stronger of the two there. Quotes also support them being stronger than Ginyu-Goku.
Chapter: 288 (DBZ 94), P12.1-3 Context: Goku encouraging Gohan and Kuririn to fight Ginyu Goku: “Th-that’s Ginyu! Don’t hesitate, take him out…! The way you are now, you definitely can’t lose! Alright…?! Blow him away…!” Ginyu: “Blow me away?...Fuhahaha…! You idiot! You say they can’t lose!? This is your former body! It’s battle power is over 180,000! There’s no way they can win!” Goku: “You’ll understand once you give it a try. That’s my body…Can you perform a Kaio-ken, or even properly use its ki…?! You can’t put forth a large power unless your mind and body are one…!”
Chapter: 289 (DBZ 95), P2.4 Context: after Ginyu blasts Gohan Gohan: “Did you think a novice attack like that would work against me?!”

At that point, he would be on par with Vegeta. Don't kill me, that's really the highest I could see from Krillin on Namek.

Krillin critically injured Vegeta when he was asked to nearly kill him so Dende could use his healing powers to restore his health to receive a zenkai. If Vegeta being on par with 1st form Frieza was nearly killed by Krillin (he punctured Vegeta with a ki blast) then there's no way to put Krillin at 24.000, he was at least at 150.000.

His power was stated to continue rising. How would it stop at 24,000?
@Neo: Vegeta lowered his guard. I think Krillin should be above 200,000 at least, but yeah, Vegeta allowed the blast to seriously injure him.

You know, its amazing how a human can jump from 1,500 to 200,000+ in a matter of hours without doing much It must be the Namek temperatures..
But I agree though,
Krillin and gohan has to be around 25,000 or 24,000 for goku to say they're sure to win.
And at full they shouldn't be far from frieza for vegeta to think (with their full power realized) they can team up and beat him.
So, Vegeta still wins Hes too good of a warrior. Krillin would die before he realizes how strong he is....
