Ive heard in MMA, every shot a fighter takes after theyre unconscious (from ref not stopping in time or fighter trying to make sure its finished) takes a year off their life

I think it was joe rogan who said it so it might not be a valid source lol but boxing and MMA definetly have negative effects on the body down the road

yeah he is..hilariously crazy..have u heard any of his conspiracy therories or listened to his podcast? lol
