We know that Goku was no match for a cell junior after his match with Cell. A Cell junior is roughly as strong as ASSJ Vegeta. Now after the fight with Goku, Cell was left with more energy to spare than Goku, but like i said, Goku was getting beat by a cell junior quite easily. Could he still beat a fresh Vegeta? Transcendent Posts: 5,117 Group: Elite Member Member #5,137 Joined: August 13, 2010 Gender Not Specified	As I think Vegeta's PL is about 6,000,000,000 - 7,000,000,000 and Perfect Cell was just using 50% of his powers, so I'd say Perfect Cell just powers up to his maximum and wins. FP Cell is about 20,000,000,000 and wasting about half of his powers makes him about 10,000,000,000 and that's enough to take out Vegeta, but if Cell just used his 50% of his powers, Vegeta is going to stomp.

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	Well to be fair, Cell Games SS (I think MSS because logically it makes sense imo) would have to be stronger than 50% MSS Goku for him to be so confident about beating Cell. So, I think Ascended SS Vegeta would actually be a little stronger than MSS Goku.

Cell wasn't suppressing against Goku, he was using 50% of his powers. ASSJ Vegeta stomps Perfect Cell who fought Goku without powering up and FP Drained Perfect Cell Stomps ASSJ Vegeta. I'll give you the A>B>C>D method now starting from the strongest to the weakest. SSJ2 Gohan > Super Perfect Cell > Buff Perfect Cell > Full Power Perfect Cell > MSSJ Gohan = 75% Perfect Cell > MSSJ Goku = 50% Perfect Cell > ASSJ Trunks > ASSJ Vegeta > 30% Perfect Cell > 25% Perfect Cell > Suppressed Perfect Cell > Perfect Cell > Piccolo (Without Weights) > Piccolo (With Weights) > Tien > Krillin > Yamcha > Chiautzo.

Posts: 9,150 Group: Member Member #5,265 Joined: September 24, 2010 Gender Not Specified Favourite Anime dragonball/z/gt/movies What Browser do you use? internet explorer or firefox	wtf? perfect cell has 6 levels of power that he's shown. buff > super > full > suppressed > worn > initial. or super > buff, depending on personal opinion, but that doesn't matter for this. suppressed is the level that cell fought mssj goku and gohan at. he's suppressed, because he's still holding back power, but he's using more power than the initial level. the first time cell went to full power was against ssj2 gohan, before then, he was always suppressed.

He'd never rely on goku unless he know he was utterly outclassed.

And rightfully so. He got his a** kicked by Initial Perfect Cell. He saw that Cell's power at the Cell Games was around double what it was when he fought him. You can't blame the guy for expecting another power increase.
