I would have it more like: SSj Goku (Cell Games) > East Kaioshin >= SSj Vegeta (Cell Games) > Piccolo (TB) But that's just me. Anyway... I think Kibitoshin would be around Fat Boo's strength, but probably a bit weaker. He wanted to immediately help Gohan against Gotenks-Boo, even though Elder Kaioshin told him he wasn't strong enough, and that's really all we have on his strength. I think based on this, I can put him around around Fat Boo's power and he should be just fine. I know some put him weaker than SSj2 Vegeta, but I think that was just because he wasn't a fighter like Vegeta and would only make mistakes and get in the way. From what we saw, East Kaioshin relies mostly on his psychic abilities, and we don't know anything about Kibito's fighting style. As for the match-ups: 1. Easy win. 2. Easy win. 3. Win. 4. Win. 5.
