I understand that...I was driven away from my first Forum due to that. But again if someone is going to make claims about either of the Cannon Universes, then they need to look over it all or ask someone to, not make the claim without anything to back it up, or make sure the Original doesn't say something different. If someone wants their hand held, then they need to go home to their mom or someone who does it, in forums you better expect the opposite...or someone will take off when someone does this...or on my bad days like today. I get like this when my pain killers and muscle relaxers don't work. Also feel lucky you're not my family, everything is filters with me typing. How the heck do they put up with me...I really don't know. |

I feel the same way, which is why I try to give them information instead of telling them their outright wrong and not explaining why.
Because he already trained. Kui said there was a training room on Planet Freeza #79, but I'm almost certain it was for Vegeta, since he was the prince and all, and I doubt Freeza would let the Saiyans get stronger.
He allowed the Saiyans to live for a long while before killing them. EDIT: Okay, guys, let's just put this behind us and stay on topic. If a new person comes and isn't informed, we inform them. Around Age 731, the Saiyans and Freeza teamed up. Freeza didn't destroy the Saiyans until Age 737, six years after they initially started working together. You think he just became afraid of the Saiyans in the last day or two? Ok...lets try this again. The Original Japanese Manga is of course the best...not sure if one can get a hold of a direct Translated copy or not...A lil help Pyro??? The Viz is still good, as a matter of fact line like in the Boo ark when The Namek says Majin Vegeta might be stronger than Cell Games Gohan is fixed and changed to he IS stronger. The Japanese Anime Script is also good, but of course not as good as the Manga, and a lot of course is contradicted bye the Manga, but that's TOEI for ya. The Funimation is outright bad imo, I find it messes up more lines than any other Script. There are even a lot of throw away lines that's not even in the Japanese. However, people on here like KP are really good about info like that...especially with the Manga. Back to topic though, I didn't remember the VIZ saying that or not, but if the Original Japanese doesn't say Training, then it's not really relevant. Whatever comes first is really more cannon (I.E. Take one of the Movies/Specials, if one thing is said in the Funimation Script, yet the Japanese says something else, well since the Movies don't have a Manga the Japanese is really more Cannon and is taken over the Funimation). Curious KP...is it only low level Saiyans who's tail is a weakness, or is that something they have to sort out? |

going from the movie, it wasn't until zarbon brought up they're power that he became afraid. but anyway i dont think Frieza would say anything like "hey saiyans im afraid of you so plz dont train anymore" |

Well that is from a guide so I suppose it's up to the reader if they want to believe it or not (I do by the way, no reason not to). But was the line about King Vegeta rebelling actually in the manga? Or was it just a clip from the Anime? |

What line specifically? Raditz's?
They all start out with that weakness, but it's only the special ones like Vegeta and Nappa that get rid of it through some means. You're right that Zarbon was the one who initially brought it up, but do you know when he did?
It's said by Freeza that King Vegeta fought back and was killed, and he didn't have to transform to do it, so it makes sense that he rebelled. But, I mean, if people don't want to believe the official timeline, then we might as well say everything happened within the same year with no regard to actual dates given. from the movie zarbon brought it up a couple days before Vegeta's end. but there's no reference in the manga so i go with the movie, proving that once Frieza became afraid, he killed al the saiyans |

It's not in the manga, though. If we did that with everything non-canon then we could go ahead and say the humans were stronger than the Ginyu Force one week after they'd been on Kaio's planet, but we know that's not true. There's also what Raditz says later on. "When a Saiyan warrior is fully grown, he is assigned to the most dangerous worlds, those with the most powerful natives. But first we warriors must have years of practice. So even as little children, we are, in time, sent to depopulate the weaker worlds..." So like I said, training to them was conquering planets.
