I'm a member of that forum, and I was there when he said that. He wasn't talking about training like you are. Training a tail and actually training are two separate things. Training a tail is getting used to the pain it brings when grabbed. Training is completely different. As for Raditz's line: "Random guess: maybe Saiyans normally reach a point relatively soon where they've completely hit their limit, and nothing outside of near-death power ups (or maybe not even those) will make them stronger. So any Saiyan who hasn't maxed out yet is seen as having an "incomplete" battle power. And maybe this is the same max potential that is supposed to be measured at each Saiyans' birth, to determine whether they're considered low-level warriors or elites." So there's still nothing that says Saiyans trained. To them, training was going on missions. They were a military force for Freeza. When Freeza was afraid that they were getting too strong, he never mentioned training as the reason. It was because they were constantly getting stronger from the battles they had on other planets. |

Well, coming from someone who use to NEVER post scans or post quotes to back up my claims...you should invest in doing so, also pojo isn't really reliable with Translated material, and neither Spectrum Nexus (No offence to those who browse those sites). |

what are you talking about, i posted that because you wanted proof of Raditz saying that and unfortunately i cant find the Viz scanlation online. i think this random guy who has no connection to me saying that Raditz said the EXACT same thing i said he said would prove its accuracy |

That's the Viz manga. He didn't say that in the original. Chapter: 198 (DBZ 4), P3.3 Raditz: “It’s pointless to even think of opposing me! With your incomplete battle power, you couldn’t possible be a match for your me, your older brother.” And here, look at this. Chapter 197 (DBZ 3), P7.1-4 Raditz: “Adult warriors directly go off to planets inhabited by those with high battle powers, but for planets like this that are of a low level, babies like you are sent. Fortunately, this planet has a moon…Even on your own, in a few years you should have been more than enough to clean out all those in the way…If you’d only remembered your orders, that is!” That's all Saiyans do. |

What I posted is what Raditz actually said, which disproves your argument because he never mentioned anything about training. |

Really??? If you're gonna make claims, you should at least back them up with True cannon proof...especially since this is a cannon debate. Also if you don't have any online references then you should post real quotes, or scan the Manga. Because otherwise, just about everything will be shot down without a second thought, or perhaps even laughed off. The Manga it's self doesn't say anything about Training, and you CLAIMED Saiyans Trained, yet the Manga doesn't say Saiyans Trained. |

You mean that Raditz says Goku's power level isn't complete? Once again...post quotes or a NON-Fan Translated scan backing up your claim. |

You should stop being so critical :/ Not everyone can know everything about DBZ. He posted a legit quote from the Viz manga. It's not like every single dbz fan has seen Herms strength guide and therefore doesn't know which lines are real or just Viz edits. Even knowing what's canon and what's anime filler makes someone a little above the casual dbz fan imo. I bet 75% of DBZ fans have never even read the manga. @LionFangFist. The line is actually an edit from Viz (The people who officially translated the manga) it was never in the original japanese version ![]() http://daizex.fanboyreview.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=15488 That has just about every line about character's strength in the entire manga directly translated from the Japanese version.
