i remember Raditz saying something like "even if you have our blood you haven't a fraction of the training" to goku. which means Saiyans train
Can you provide the exact page this is said? I don't remember it.

Sparking!

Goku is a main character, that automatically makes him strong enough to take down any previously defeated big-bad without even trying, following the logic of 'not this bastard again'.

How does that mean he wasn't fully trained? Saiyans don't train. They're sent off on missions. That's the only way they get stronger. All Raditz's quote means is that Goku was too weak to fight him.

incomplete battle power means his power isnt complete. that obviously means he isnt fully or completely trained. "incomplete power" doesnt equal "weaker than me"

I agree with Kamikaze Pyro.
Now lets go back to the thread and Goku would wreck Frieza with relative ease.
I'd say the gap between Goku and Frieza is about 40% - 60% power gap.
Goku : 200,000,000 - 300,000,000.
Frieza : 120,000,000 (And getting lower due to power/ki loss.).

There's no such thing as being fully or completely trained. In Z, the more people train, the stronger they get, no matter what.

my point is that there some kind of standard of power with the saiyans thats obtained somehow (through training ofcourse) and raditz was saying goku was incomplete as in he hadnt done the training to reach that standard

You don't seem to understand that Saiyans don't train. They're either on missions or screwing around (as seen in the Bardock TV special). The only Saiyan we ever see training prior to Goku and his shenanigans is Vegeta. They got stronger by going on missions, which is exactly how Bardock got to be so strong; he never trained otherwise.

I give this to Base Goku, because the MSS Training took his Base to a whole new level. Since Goku had an equal/becoming more powerful than him Training partner, Goku's SS power shot up like a rocket, and well we know SS power is in fact Base power, so Goku's Base power would increase at the same rate as Goku's SS power...then you throw in 7 years of solid Training and achieving two more SS levels, and increasing the power of two of them, so Goku's Base would be insanely high by the Boo arc.

Speaking of Bardock, I wonder how powerful he would've been if he had trained along with going on Missions all the time...

I give this to 100% Frieza easily. Personally I think this forum has gone overboard with the power levels after Namek's destruction. Feel free to argue this.

Well. Simple really. Without Kaioken Goku would have to be able to take on at least 5,000 times Earths gravity to stand a good chance. Vegeta was training in 400 as a Super Saiyan (probably was filler).

In my personal opinion I think Goku with Kaioken can beat him, but other than that I think Frieza would win. I know it sounds kinda weird though...

the only argument saying goku would win is that they're are some kind of multipliers that come into play. ofcourse nothing about multipliers have ever been mentioned in the show so i think thats pretty stupid. people are sayin goku had a something power level when he fought someone as a super saiyan and using this x50 multiplier rule then his base power greater than frieza's. i mean why would u think theyre are multipliers exist in dbz?
